Salesforce Administrator – New York, NY or Norman, OK


Based in New York, NY Or Norman, OK, you will be the administrator of Agio’s SalesForce instance with administrative, development, and implementation responsibilities to support and train our internal users located across all geographic locations.


Reporting directly to the CIO, you’ll be a member of the Tools and Automation Team responsible for configuration and administration of SalesForce instance.  In this role, individual must evaluate and test new releases, create implementation plan and perform the administrative changes required to implement new features.  Individual will also be responsible for creating training schedule and train end users on various different functionalities. Individual will also be responsible for customizing and managing partner portals. Additionally, individual must have great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.


  1. Review and update roles, profiles, and sharing rules to meet company objectives
  2. Create and implement SalesForce training program
  3. Create gap analysis of features and functionality not being used
  4. Design and configure workflows as requested – Chatter alerts, ESP alerts
  5. Manage and update configurations as requested
  6. Create reports and dashboards to meet user requirements


  • Configure and manage all instances of SalesForce
  • Research, test, and implement new features and functionalities
  • Create report and dashboards as requested
  • Create best practice solutions and train end-users on it
  • Administer user accounts and integration with external systems
  • Meet with end users to understand their current workflows and propose new and efficient solutions

  • Perform administrative tasks like user creation, workflow creation
  • Manage roles and profiles to meet company objectives for data sharing and reporting
  • Test new features and configurations in sandbox
  • Perform production changes  – deployments and implementations

  • Create streams of training program for each role
  • Meet with end users to understand their current workflows and propose new and efficient solutions
