Mission

Reporting to the manager of the Cross Platform Team and based in the operational headquarters of Agio in Norman, Oklahoma, you’ll be a member of the Cross Platform Team working with both internal and external clients throughout the world.

Objectives – Year One

  • Be able to operate in our client’s environments with little to no assistance and understanding their environment

Duties

  • Working with our clients (web developers and computer programmers) on a daily basis
  • Ongoing maintenance & administration of assigned systems
  • Assistance with execution of projects related to areas of responsibility
  • Identifying the needs of clients and meeting these needs through proper data research
  • Developing, configuring and maintaining databases and related systems. This includes writing well-formed, efficient SQL queries, views, jobs and stored procedures to collect, process and present relevant data
  • Developing test sets for monitoring database functionality through 24/7 monitoring systems
  • Optimizing database performance through database performance tuning
  • Configuring and validating database backup routines on a regular basis
  • Assist with recovery of lost or corrupt data
  • Following direction provided by the client, but remaining mindful and aware of the overall environment and the long-term plan for that environment

Responsibilities

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve database related issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively diagnose/assess the database environment before problems arise
  • Managing database-related release management activities for staging and production systems
  • Collecting, organizing and managing data
  • Ensure the integrity and security of data from unauthorized individuals
  • Oversight and control of data resources for the organization
  • Deploying and maintaining resilient data replication schemes
  • Ability to follow change management and/or ITIL processes.
  • Ability to work from a ticketing system and provide updates to clients and team

Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • 3+ years of MS SQL Server DBA experience or related formal database education or DBA certification
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of database platforms in an enterprise infrastructure with the ability to utilize database administration tools

The strongest candidates will also have:

  • Industry certifications (MCITP, MCSE, MCDBA, VPC, etc.)

Reporting directly to the CIO and based in the operational headquarters of Agio in Norman, Oklahoma, you’ll be a member of the Development Team working with both internal and external clients throughout the United States.

Duties:

Mission

A Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for providing first level support for multiple server environments and network devices.  Responsibilities include monitoring all infrastructure devices to include Windows/Unix/Linux servers, hardware, network devices and automated processes/jobs.  Furthermore, the Junior Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and responding to system monitoring alerts with corrective action or escalating issues outside of the scope of a junior function within the defined SLAs. Also, this person assists with providing coverage for all incoming client support calls, emails and web portal support tickets within a defined SLA.

  • Perform daily scheduled systems verification tasks for all of technology teams

Senior Windows Support Analyst

A senior windows support analyst will be responsible for managing and providing support for all level 2 system requests. One of the key roles of the Support analyst will be to handle and implement daily production changes. Additionally, the role requires that production issues be investigated and diagnosed in a timely fashion. Person must manage and action internal processes for User Account Clean up, Patch Management, Reboots, and Firmware updates as per company standards and policies.  Furthermore, the support analyst will be responsible for analyzing and responding to system monitoring alerts with corrective action within defined SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Ability to diagnose server hardware, capacity, and performance issues for windows servers.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2003 & 2008 with ability to utilize Microsoft tools and methodology for troubleshooting issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Cluster Services Technology.
  • Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, IIS, FTP and ability to troubleshoot issues related to these protocols.

  • Mentor other technicians in all aspects of Cisco IP Telephony (Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Unified Messaging, server maintenance, voice gateways, gatekeepers, analog VG224’s, QoS)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting large enterprises using a centralized Cisco CallManager cluster, with several remote offices receiving services from the central Cisco CallManager
  • Making configurations on all components of IP Telephony, and supporting that environment post deployment
  • Troubleshooting IP telephony from end to end, including IP telephony voice quality issues between and within locations
  • Administering CallManager/Unity server maintenance, including patches, troubleshooting, defining thresholds, and responding to alarms
  • Designing and configuring an enterprise dial plan in Cisco CallManager and Cisco Gatekeepers

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for conducting quality control activities for the IT Services Department. The QA Analyst will analyze application systems, create test case documentation, and execute plans. The successful candidate will have proven experience ensuring that complex software application is performing as designed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and “ad-hoc testing”
